The First Step

Upon scheduling their first appointment clients receive a Start-Up Packet, with questions designed to encourage thinking about their goals, values, purpose, strengths, blind spots and obstacles.

Intake Session

Each coaching partnership begins with a 90 minute Intake Session. The Start-Up Packet information is reviewed and clarified so that both coach and client are clear about where the client is in their life, where they want to be, what's working and what's not. Strategies and timelines are discussed and an initial agenda is set. While the Intake Session is designed as more of a "discovery session", coaching begins here and clients leave the session with commitments and action steps. If both coach and client live in the same geographic area, this session is conducted in person. Otherwise, communication is via telephone, which is very effective and just as powerful as face-to-face coaching sessions.

Your Commitment

Each coaching partnership requires a commitment simply because change happens over time. Integrating new habits, fully implementing plans and realizing goals takes time. Your commitment allows the coaching relationship to progress through the ebbs and flows of life. For most clients, the first set of goals and objectives are just the beginning.

E-Coaching

All ClearVision Coaching clients may e-mail at anytime with a situation that needs coaching and receive a response to jump-start them into a new way of thinking and action.

Personal Coaching Programs
